My subscription

1. How much does the Life Coach service cost?
Monthly Subscription Service: $9.99/month for 5 credits for most carriers (available on Verizon Wireless) except unlimited on Cellular South and T-MobileĀ®. Boost customers will be billed at $6.99/month for 3 credits, *$1.99 for any additional messages and for each message on Cricket and Alltel Wireless. Standard messaging charges apply.
2. What does a credit stand for?
Each credit stands for a message received on your cellphone
3. How old do I have to be?
Depending on your carrier, you need to be 13+ or 18+ and you need permission of your parent or guardian if you're not yet 18.
4. Why do we need your cell phone number?
It's simple. Without your cell phone number we can't give you your results. Plus, when you enter your number you'll be linked in to the best and funniest advice network around.
5. How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription is renewed automatically at the end of each 30-day service term for the next one.
6. How do I end my subscription?
You can terminate your subscription by sending any of the following keywords to 42442: STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. You will then receive instructions on unsubscribing your plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
7. What happens if I terminate my subscription in the middle of the 30 days?
You will no longer receive messages, and because you are billed in advance for each service term, you will not be able to be reimbursed even if you cancel during the 30-day service term.
8. How am I billed for the Life Coach subscription plan?
Your Life Coach charges will be reflected on your monthly service statement from your mobile carrier.
9. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my billing?
If you have any billing issues about Life Coach you can email us at support@lifecoachexperts.com or call us at 800-291-8575. All other questions, you should refer them to your mobile carrier.
10. Which carriers support the Life Coach service?
The Life Coach service is or will be available on the following US carriers: AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Cellcom, Cincinnati Bell, Cellular South, T-Mobile ®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Cricket, Nextel, Cellular One, Alltel Wireless, nTelos and Boost. This service is not available to prepaid customers of T-MobileĀ® and AT&T.
